Steve initially came to see me for a free consultation to hear more about how hypnotherapy could help him. You see, Steve suffered with problems including paranoia, feeling self conscious, low self esteem and low confidence.

These thoughts and feelings were affecting every part of his life – he would worry about what people thought about him and anything he said or did. This had grown so bad that

he would analyse situations before they happened and he would review events in a self critical and negative way afterwards. That internal self talk would always put him down and stop him enjoying the moment. Even everyday things such as walking to the local shop had become an ordeal.

Steve booked to work with me because he had decided it was time to change this way of existing so he could begin to enjoy going out, meeting people and so he could get himself back into work.
