I used to suffer with a fear of the dentist. Just the thought of the dentist made me anxious and feel panicy.I went to see Dan when I needed a filling done and it was actually fine - SOOO much better than it would have been without your
help I think so thank you!
I can't say I enjoyed it but I got
through it and it was definitely way down on the panic-scale!

I no longer tend to reflect on things like I used to, and if I do it's normally short lived and doesn't produce a bad feeling; I don't tend to worry over meetings with people; I don't worry what people think and if I am worried about soemthing it is now short lived; I don't mind going out places on my own and I tend to find that I don't upset myself when I'm on my own.Thank you very much, you've been a great help.

With Daniel's help I can now approach my problems with a totally different attitude and feel much happier and more confident.I have lost nearly a stone and a half in weight and have dropped a dress size. I have more energy and more control over my eating so that I can easily say 'no' if I'm not hungry.

Dan has worked wonders in helping me make sense of my own reactions to events. With his help I have overcome self-doubts which were making it very difficult for me to make rational, objective decisions about my career. I find his understanding of how the human mind works quite incredible, with his continuing help I no longer think I can achieve things, I know I can achieve them. It's now been 4 months since I saw Dan and although there are some minor cravings I am still cigarette free and not on any Nicotine Replacement products. Dan has given me the belief and the willpower too overcome this habit that I indulged in for nearly 30 years.Date of Posting: 09 August 2012
