Low self esteem has been a problem I have had to live with for a long time. I decided to take the opportunity to have the free 30 minute session with Dan in order to see if hypnotherapy would be able to help remove the barriers that were preventing me from reaching my full potential. Upon meeting Dan and then discussing how the treatment works, I realised that Dan truly cares about helping people and I decided to go ahead with the full treatment. Upon reflection, it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made and I have seen significant improvements in many aspects of my life.

I have always been sceptical ....... and to this day I still don't quite understand how it works but it does, a big thank you Dan. I can now talk myself out of something bothering before it happens, there's no need, life is too short. After a life long fear of needles I decided enough was enough. I was nervous about hypnotherapy but didn't know what else to do. I felt completely comfortable at all sessions and even though I was not completely convinced it would work the results have been great. I now feel much more in control of my previous fear and able to face it. I have had a dog phobia for nearly all my life when I went to see Dan. He put me completely at ease throughout the therapy and I am pleased to say that I am now able to walk confidently through a park with no concerns about dogs being there. I attended hypnotherapy with Daniel Regan to try to overcome anxiety issues related to work. I was sceptical to begin with but felt i had no other options left. The first session left me feeling incredibly relaxed and already i had a confidence boost. Three subsequent sessions later i have been provided with the necessary tools to recognise growing anxiety and to deal with it. I was until 2 weeks ago still drinking and no exercise. I was starting to feel quite despondent and believing that this was me and I was never going to change. Then all of a sudden without any conscious thought at all, it all changed. I have had half a lager in the two weeks and loving all the exercise I can get.
